Disclosures of Valuables, Inc.
Last updated May 30, 2026. These Disclosures describe the nature of Valuables outputs and the statutory, methodological, and use limitations that apply to them. They supplement, and are incorporated into, the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Valuables produces analytical measures of institutional succession risk, key-person dependency, governance exposure, diligence signal, and continuity risk (the “Outputs”). The Outputs are informational enterprise-risk signals intended solely for approved institutional users.
The Outputs are not consumer reports, credit ratings, investment advice, securities research, legal advice, tax advice, fiduciary advice, an appraisal, a fairness opinion, an employment-screening tool, a background-screening tool, a personal insurance underwriting tool, or an individual eligibility determination.
The Outputs do not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, to enter or decline any transaction, to extend or deny credit, to underwrite or price personal insurance, to rent or deny housing, or to hire, retain, promote, demote, compensate, discipline, or terminate any individual.
Permitted use is limited to internal institutional enterprise-risk, governance, diligence, succession, key-person dependency, and continuity review. Each institution remains responsible for its own lawful review process and for ensuring that Outputs are not used for any prohibited or regulated individual-decision purpose.
The Outputs are not “consumer reports,” and Valuables is not a “consumer reporting agency,” as those terms are used in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. Valuables does not design, market, furnish, or authorize Outputs for any FCRA permissible purpose.
Users may not request, receive, use, disclose, or rely on Outputs, in whole or in part, for consumer credit, consumer lending, personal insurance eligibility or underwriting, housing, tenant screening, employment, background screening, licensing, governmental-benefit eligibility, account review, debt collection, adverse action, or any other regulated individual eligibility purpose.
The Outputs are not designed, validated, marketed, or permitted for determining any person’s creditworthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, character, reputation, personal characteristics, mode of living, employability, insurability, housing eligibility, or consumer eligibility.
The Outputs are not intended for any purpose governed by the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA), fair-lending laws, fair-housing laws, employment-screening laws, consumer-reporting laws, or analogous state or federal individual-eligibility regimes.
The Outputs must not be used, directly or indirectly, as the basis for, a contributing factor in, or evidentiary support for any hiring, termination, promotion, demotion, compensation, discipline, reassignment, retention, succession appointment, workplace investigation, background-screening, or other employment or personnel decision regarding a named individual.
The Outputs measure enterprise exposure associated with institutional roles, succession fragility, governance concentration, key-person dependency, and continuity risk. They do not measure individual performance, character, reputation, integrity, employability, fitness, readiness, trustworthiness, personal value, or suitability.
The Outputs are derived from public and institutional data and are produced under a versioned methodology that is subject to change. Methodology versions are dated, and a change in methodology may change the Outputs for the same subject.
Valuables makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Outputs or the data on which they rely. Past or current measures are not a guarantee of future outcomes. This section supplements the disclaimers and limitations of liability in the Terms of Service.
Access to the site, the Outputs, or any related materials does not create a fiduciary, advisory, agency, or other special relationship between you and Valuables. Valuables is not acting as your fiduciary, investment adviser, broker, or counsel.
The Outputs include probabilistic estimates of risk and are forward-looking in nature. They are not predictions or assurances of any future event or outcome. Actual outcomes may differ materially from any estimate, and Valuables undertakes no obligation to update an Output except as part of its ordinary methodology cycle.
The Outputs are licensed only for the recipient’s internal institutional enterprise-risk, governance, diligence, succession, key-person dependency, and continuity review. They may not be redistributed, resold, publicly disclosed, published, reverse engineered, benchmarked, incorporated into a competing product, or attributed to Valuables without our prior written consent, except as required by law or regulation.
By accessing or using any Output, each user represents, warrants, and covenants that it will not use the Output for any FCRA, ECOA, employment, housing, personal insurance, consumer credit, consumer lending, tenant-screening, background-screening, adverse-action, or other regulated individual eligibility purpose.
Valuables may suspend, terminate, or condition access if it determines, in its sole discretion, that Outputs have been or may be used outside the permitted-use boundary described in these Disclosures or the Terms of Service.
References to standards, including ISO 31000 and ISO 10668, indicate that Valuables’ framework is aligned to the principles of those standards. Such references do not constitute certification, accreditation, or endorsement by the International Organization for Standardization or any standards body, and should not be read as a representation that the Outputs are certified by any such body.
